• UV coating is an after-printing surface treatment which is cured by ultraviolet radiation; it can be used as protective & extra glossy effect while printing.
• UV Coating will cause extra fee, the cost is vary, depends on the size & range of your design.

• Mainly use as a special effect for highlighting specific part of your designs.
• Bronzing printing will cause extra fee, the cost is vary, depends on the size & range of your design.

• Due to the PP material is not 100% clear, even the clear PP material is slightly blue or grey. To place an extra white channel can be used as a solution to accurate the color printing performance.

Surface treatment

Description

• Both side of the surface are suitable for printing.
• Excellent performance on printing, especially for full layout design.
• Glossy surface might be slightly scratched while producing. As a result of that, we strongly recommended to select “Negative offset printing” on this kind of material. It is a good way to protect your design from minor scratches. The effect is not only for producing but also can make your design more durable on daily usage.

• The matte effect is only on one side of the material, applied with Granulation process which makes the surface uneven. The uneven surface could provide special texture to your design, and make your product more durable.
• Due to the surface condition, printing could only be placed on the glossy side with Negative offset printing.
• Bronzing printing is an available option, and can be placed on the uneven surface.

• Material condition is the same as glossy surface.
• The material contains special pattern, can provide special visual effect to your design.

• Material condition is the same as matte surface.
• The material is specific for lenticular printing, which can be used to perform 3D or animation effects.
